Google has its local pages which it is serving depending on visitor’s geographic location. Consequently, both organic and paid search results differ if you are searching on, let’s say, www.google.com or local www.google.co.uk.

The “unavailable_after” tag will allow instructing Googlebot when to stop crawling certain pages. This tag will be very convenient when you have a limited time offer promotional page. Yahoo launched a “suggest search” feature that automatically prompts users with suggested search queries as they type.
This feature is supposed to reduce the number of words the users need to type in when performing queries, thus reducing the time needed to find what they are looking for.

Compete issued the search market share report for June 2007. The report is showing MSN/Windows Live Search dramatically gaining a number of searches since last month.
