Is there a minimum subscription term?

Minimum commitment period when signing up for DataPark is not required. There is a setup fee that is needed because of up-front investment which RudiBela Business Solutions must make in facilities and service delivery capabilities to properly support its customers. Payment for one or more years in advance is possible at discounted rates.

Research by THINKstrategies has found that an increasing number of business decision-makers prefer to make a commitment longer than the minimum required term in order to simplify the contracting process and gain the price advantage of a multi-year agreement.

Unlike the traditional, on-premise software product business which puts the burden of success on the clients, the SaaS subscription service model places this burden on SaaS vendors to deliver reliable and secure services which meet the needs of their customers.

Our business depends on delivering quality services and safeguarding our clients’ valuable data. As a result, we invest in state-of-the-industry service delivery and security technologies.

Despite common concerns about privacy issues, there are no documented cases of data encroachment within a SaaS environment even as the number of identity theft and other security infractions within traditional software operations continues to skyrocket. Many businesses also view the off-site hosting of their data by SaaS vendors as an added disaster recovery/ business continuity benefit.

Who owns my data?

Under our Terms of Service (ToS) agreement, the client is the sole owner of its corporate data while using DataPark. In cases when data warehouse is hosted on pur servers, the client is able to recover this data when the service agreement comes to an end. The specific terms and conditions for the safeguarding and recovery of the data are clearly described in our ToS agreement.

Can I customize my DataPark solution or request a modified SLA?

We have crafted our solutions, SLA and hosting policies to meet the needs of the majority of our clients at a very reasonable price. We recognize that our standard solutions can’t satisfy each and every corporate requirement. Therefore, we are aiming to design our solutions so they can be configured to meet specific business needs within the boundaries of our standard solution architecture.
We are also willing to make certain exceptions to standard terms. Of course, these special arrangements come at a premium price because it imposes additional operating costs on RudiBela Business Solutions.

Under what circumstances can I terminate my subscription?

Our ToS agreement does not place limitations on the right of clients to terminate their agreements. Subscription stops at the end of the month of termination.

Can I modify my subscription level if my employee base changes?

A key advantage of the SaaS model over traditional, legacy, on-premise applications is the scalability and flexibility of SaaS services to meet clients’ changing business requirements.

For minor modifications of number of subscribed users, we allow changes at any time that will be charged the next month at pro-rated fee. For major modifications, we include specific notification procedures and timelines to ensure that clients can modify their usage levels at the end of each subscription term. This gives us adequate time to augment our service delivery capabilities to accommodate more end-users and higher usage levels, or scale back our operations to respond to client requests for service reductions.
