DataPark uses dashboards that communicate clearly, rapidly, and compellingly to provide at-a-glance information on how business is performing.

They are so powerful, yet so simple to create and use. Users can create personalized dashboards by adding report widgets with a single click. That makes it easy to monitor critical business parameters in real time in the context relevant to each user. DataPark allows creation of multiple dashboards, so it is possible to track a number of KPIs grouped by business process.
Report management
Report management options are at hand, allowing users to easily edit, delete, archive, email, print and schedule the report.
Scheduling the report allows users the configure the reports to be executed at predefined time only once, or at regular intervals like hourly, daily, weekly and so on, making it available online and delivered in users inbox.

Role-based security
DataPark provides role-based security, meaning that users can only access data that pertains to their role. Configuration of user access is easy and flexible and can be done by simply choosing parameters on which access needs to be restricted and assigning values to them.
Administration
DataPark includes finely grained access rights control based on user roles, reports management, configuration of business terms.
Reports
DataPark enables business users to create reports relevant to their roles in four easy steps, without technical knowledge or assistance from IT department.
It offers three report types, which are tables, charts as well as their combination. Reports can be interactive and flexible, having filters that can be changed at run time, to get different results for different input options. Each report can be printed, emailed or exported to various formats (csv, xls, txt, pdf) for offline analysis.

Interactive pivot tables
DataPark provides analysis views to enable users to analyze data starting from high level, drilling down into more details as needed. Analysis views are realized as interactive pivot tables. They facilitate easy comparison of data across time (e.g. current year vs last year, quarter on quarter, and so on) and they also feature hints to allow trend spotting.
